The rooms are really nice and clean, and it's awesome that they have a balcony 🌿. Plus, you can check in early and check out late, which is super convenient!

I have been staying at the Forest Park Inn since 1987. I have always loved it for many reasons. But since it has come under the Best Western umbrella, the luxury has increased. I am very happy with the changes. This is unusual for me as I normally do not like change! Thanks for the stay.

Magnificent location in the bay area, all was nice.

The rooms here are spacious, modern, and come with a cozy fireplace, while the complimentary breakfast includes bacon and omelettes.

It was much nicer than we expected for a motel right next to the freeway.

Location and the staff. Lady that operates the breakfast facility is extremely friendly and keeps everything very clean.

The room keys do not work. Had to be moved the first night from one room to another. The 2nd night had to go back to the front desk for a new key.

I had a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony, and a writing desk. the hotel's location was great and stunning, close to restaurants, the nearby Premium Outlet, and Gilroy Gardens. the team at the hotel was outstandingly accommodating in all areas.

It's big size cheap hotel, everything is good here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and huge with a fireplace and the staff are super-friendly.

Good location for shopping, clean, suitable, big size room, silent, Free Breakfast is good and satisfactory. Wi fi is free and fast. Every thing is okey.

I like the convinience by the freeway and the outlets. I also like the ppol the jacuzzi the tennis courts and the breakfast in the morning. Plus the lady that works there has got to be one of the nicest persons i have met in quite some time.

I was far from the elevator in room 324 but i asked for the quietest room. It truly was, so it was worth being on the 3rd floor far from the commotion of the elevator.

The staff is best and efficient and accommodates all guests' needs. the location is perfect and stunning, it's near to San Jose, Monterey, and then San Francisco. the nearby Premium Outlet and the "Black Bear Dinner" restaurant that serves breakfast.

close to outlet! the reason to stay this hotel for us was a black firday shopping! a petit waffle at the breakfast is wonderful!

Our family enjoys the central location of the hotel. It is a short distance to Santa Cruz, Monterey, or San Francisco.
